Volunteers are one of the pillars of Iniciativa Comunitaria’s work. Since its establishment in 1992, volunteers have been the soul of many of the initiatives we know today. To join our Volunteer Program, we invite you to learn more about our current Call for Volunteers:

Call for Volunteers

When you apply to our Call for Volunteers, you need to create an account on the Hands On Connect (HOC) online platform if you’re a new user. It is an excellent online repository to learn about the various volunteer opportunities at Iniciativa Comunitaria and other nonprofit organizations in Puerto Rico. Go to HOC online platform (click here) and register as a volunteer. Once you sign up, make your selection.
